Windy Knob Farm is a breathtaking 80 acre estate comprised of 3 homes, 2 barns, rolling pastures & trails. The c1810 brick main residence was once the home of former Massachusetts Governor and U. S. Secretary of State Christian Herter. This gorgeous property offers sweeping views of rolling meadows everywhere you look only 40 minutes from Boston! This site is ideal for photo and film shoots, with staging areas available in our barn studio. Portable toilet and free parking onsite.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
