Former Marilyn Monroe residence turned recording studio by 2X Grammy nominated music producer / engineer / songwriter Jon Brown. This is a quiet, peaceful studio with TONS of light -- perfect for photography, writing sessions, recording vocals production, mixing, and mastering. RECENTLY FEATURED IN THE WALLSTREET JOURNAL as one 5 top unique recording studios in the US based in a residence. I have updated the entire property with modern amenities. I am renting the guesthouse, which is a 900 SQ ft renovated space that includes the following: Recording Studio w/ Vintage instruments Kitchen Bathroom Living Room with large farm table for work. Renting out our main yard is available for large camera crews needing a space to store equipment, provide covid testing, greenroom, or even shooting. Please ask at time of booking. Additional Fee is required. Additional overflow parking is available via St Elizabeth's Church for large vehicles. Location is within walking distance of site. We have lots greenery, and are constantly updating the space. Terrific LED lighting for photoshoots (white walls), vintage and modern equipment. Great for podcasts, and long term lockouts.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
