Just 10 miles from Logan Airport, 7 miles from downtown Boston, and blocks away from the Mass Turnpike, this location is quick and easy for moving in and out of the city. The studio was designed in 2016 by renowned Boston architects Hacine & Associates, who transformed the space into a destination - one that offers a relaxed environment for clients and creatives to work together seamlessly in a beautifully appointed and expansive workspace. NOTE: CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE SENT WITHIN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED EVENT Rates: $160/hr | 4hr Minimum Availability: 7am - 10pm | 7-days Please inquire if extended hours are needed. Studio Manager On-Site at the start of the rental to answer questions and will return at the end of the rental to lock up. Cleaning Fee-$100 Deliveries the day before or pick-ups the day after the event are possible depending on the studio's availability. An additional fee will be added to the booking.
