The home was built before the 1906 earthquake and still retains its original windows and a non-functional fireplace. The afternoon light is exceptional in this sunny, plant-filled artist's flat. Since this is my personal home, I take extra care to ensure a safe and pristine environment for every guest. My cleaning protocol includes the following measures: Professional Standards: The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Targeted Sanitization: All high-touch surfaces and shared amenities are rigorously disinfected between every booking. Material Safety: Soft or porous materials have been either removed or properly deep-cleaned to maintain hygiene. Sufficient Buffers: Bookings are intentionally spaced apart to allow ample time for enhanced cleaning and air circulation. Reduced Foot Traffic: To minimize external contamination, I limit capacity to a maximum of 6 guests. Shoe-Free Environment: I kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entry to help minimize the spread of bacteria and keep the floors clean for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
