    We would love to host you and your team. The perfect place to have a team meeting, brainstorming session, and more! This room seats up to 8 people comfortably. AMENITIES - Flat Screen TV w/ HDMI cable for presentations - Wired & Wifi Internet - Coffee (bean to cup), tea, & water available in our kitchen for you and your guests! - Whiteboard (fancy glass version) HOURS Open during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with full-time staff to greet guests & take care of your needs. Please feel free to ask any questions you have. We also offer full-time offices and virtual mail services if interested! PARKING Parking fees are $1.95 for 15 minutes, $7.80 for 1 hour and $26.00 for all day (3 or more hours is considered "all day")

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
