Our historic property is a 7000 sq ft High Victorian Italianate estate built in 1882. House has 5 bathrooms, cellar, attic, ballroom, 7 fireplaces, kitchen with butlers pantry and so much more. With the 7000 square feet you have over 17 different looks and the options are endless! This estate is on the national register of historic places and has been featured in American Horror Story, Trueblood, Documentaries, Apple, Shein, Vans Vanity Fair, Amityville, Ghost Adventures and many more. -All furnishings and house props may be used. . Site mgr is required!!!!

Hello the site manager fee of $400 is automatically added into cleaning due to the fact that site is mandatory and most people do not add it into pricing. The site manager assists in bathroom maintenance, is trained in COVID compliance and helps with overall location duties. No shoot is done without a site manager. Hello we have a licensed nurse on staff and all of our products for personal hygiene are hospital certified. See our photos for a list of products gloves masks disinfectants soaps and aloe Vera based hand sanitizer. Also we do a thorough steam clean after every shoot and wash linens. We have a special contract with Mat Men they sterilize and service our property after every shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
