Three bedrooms (one converted to an office), one and a half bath, den, kitchen, laundry room and sunroom. Spacious backyard and detached garage. WiFi available. Perfect for location shoots. We've had film crews here before - must provide your own insurance. Ten to twenty guests accommodated easily, more with some adjustments.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
