About the Space PLEASE NOTE: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages received outside of business hours will be answered as soon as possible during our next business day. For confirmed bookings, a Studio Host will be available by phone beginning approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to assist with access or urgent booking-related questions. Located in Atlanta's historic West End, Chil Studios is approximately 5 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and the West End MARTA Station. Our 3,000-square-foot, warehouse-style space offers a clean, minimal, and flexible setting that can be transformed for a variety of private events, celebrations, community gatherings, and creative experiences. The studio features a large open event area, a white stage, high ceilings, natural light, and additional designated spaces that can be used to support your event. Our space is best suited for small to medium-sized events, including: * Birthday parties * Corporate events * Fitness and wellness classes * Networking events * Product launches * Charity and nonprofit events * Dinner and brunch parties * Baby showers * Gender reveal celebrations * Club and organization meetings * Art exhibits and gallery events * Pop-up shops * Workshops and classes * Meet and greets * Graduation celebrations * Reunions * Community events * Creative events and experiences Have something different in mind? Send us a message through Peerspace with your event details, anticipated attendance, and setup needs so we can determine whether the space is a good fit. ## Important Booking Information **BOOKING TIME:** Your reserved booking time includes all event setup, vendor setup, decorating, event activities, breakdown, and cleanup. Please account for the time your vendors, decorators, caterers, DJs, or other event partners may need when determining the length of your reservation. Access to the studio before your confirmed booking start time is not guaranteed and requires prior approval. All guests, vendors, equipment, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed from the studio by the confirmed booking end time. Staying beyond your confirmed booking time may result in overtime charges processed in accordance with Peerspace's policies. **SHORT-NOTICE EVENT REQUESTS:** Event requests submitted within 10 days of the requested event date are subject to studio availability, staffing availability, and approval. For events requiring significant setup, vendors, specialty equipment, or other accommodations, we recommend submitting your booking request as early as possible. **BOOKING BUFFER:** We schedule a 30-minute buffer between consecutive bookings to allow our team time to reset and prepare the studio. This buffer is not included as additional guest access, setup, or breakdown time. **ATTENDANCE:** Your booking should accurately reflect the anticipated number of attendees, including guests, vendors, event staff, and other individuals who will be onsite. Please notify us through Peerspace if your anticipated attendance changes before your event so we can confirm that the updated attendance can be accommodated. The total number of attendees may not exceed the studio's listed maximum capacity. **WHITE STAGE:** The white stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted immediately before your event. If your event requires a freshly painted stage, please contact us before booking. Fresh stage painting may be available as an optional add-on through Peerspace. **UPSTAIRS AREA:** The upstairs area is NOT included in the rental and may not be accessed by guests, vendors, or other event attendees. **RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:** All cancellations and applicable refunds are subject to the Peerspace cancellation and refund policy associated with your booking. Requests to change the date or time of a confirmed event must be submitted through Peerspace and are subject to studio availability and approval. Any approved changes to the booking date, time, price, or applicable add-ons will be processed through Peerspace. ## No-Weapons Policy Chil Studios maintains a strict no-weapons policy within the studio and other areas under our control. Guests, attendees, vendors, event staff, and other individuals associated with a booking may not possess, display, or use firearms, explosives, knives intended or used as weapons, or other dangerous weapons while participating in an event at Chil Studios, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Any individual who violates this policy may be required to leave the studio immediately. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring that attendees and vendors associated with their event are aware of and comply with this policy. Guests must also comply with applicable property rules established by MET Atlanta and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. ## Before Booking Please review the listing amenities, Host Rules, capacity, and available add-ons before submitting your request. If your event requires a specific setup, furniture, equipment, catering, entertainment, decorations, or other accommodations, please send us those details through Peerspace before booking so we can confirm what can be accommodated.
