Our spacious and modern home offers multiple areas to meet in, including a cigar/sitting room, a living room with big screen tv, open kitchen, dining area, and a large renovated deck for fresh air and ambiance. Space can comfortably fit up to 8 guests. Upon availability, the house has an attached 1,100 sq. foot casita (not pictured). The casita can also be used if not already booked.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
