Our 4,000-square-foot open-floor plan combines the technical needs of a professional production house with the intimate, laid-back atmosphere of a private loft. The Space Featuring a 16’ x 24’ cyclorama and 40 feet of unobstructed southern exposure, the studio is bathed in natural light. Our vintage wood flooring provides a warm, authentic "blank canvas" suitable for high-end editorial shoots, film productions, and large-scale events. Versatility: The main area is highly flexible; all furniture can be rearranged to suit your needs (with the exception of the kitchenette cabinetry). Proven Capacity: We’ve hosted everything from live-audience tapings of 150 guests to rolling product launches with over 200 attendees. Chef’s Kitchen Perfect for food styling or event catering, our fully functional kitchen includes: Commercial-grade double-door fridge Stovetop with convection oven Dishwasher and all major appliances Location & Parking Conveniently located off the L train (Grand St. stop) at the intersection of Williamsburg and Bushwick.
