There are industrial windows on the first floor and mezzanine level that let in lots of natural light. The entrance is located on the first floor with easy street access. There is a kitchen, with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler and a bathroom. In addition to the studio there is a reception area, conference room and 2 living rooms. The studio is fully equipped with two AC's and power outlets on every wall. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, convent stores, all within walking distance. The studio holds 25 - 50 comfortably.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
