Union Square is a delightful place to party or produce. We have hosted many video productions as well as events. The kitchen loft has appeared in many national TV shows and commercials. It boasts 16' ceilings, original wood floors and an impressive 72' brick wall complete with a double LG Studio kitchen. There is a lighting grid in addition to a back room for prep or back of house or video village. There are adjacent studios that can be added to the rental as dance floors or breakout rooms. Can host approximately 120 guests standing, 65 seated. We also have in house lighting and grip rentals for additional fees.
