UPDATE: We are happy to officially announce that the Beantown Studios Warehouse will be available for at least 1 more year. The new building destruction date is Spring/Summer 2027. We appreciate everyone's support. We now have at least one more year to create some amaZing visuals at our warehouse. NOW BOOKING Every rental comes with complete access to all our sets. You may use the sets as is but, we highly encourage guests to customize the sets to make them even more unique. Guests will also be able to use all our props, furniture, fog machines and lights (RGB Tube Lights, RGB Soft box, Spotlights and more) that are located inside the warehouse studio at no extra charge. Guests are allowed to drive 1 vehicle inside the warehouse studio to use as a prop at no additional cost. DANCER WARNING - This is NOT a Dance Studio. It is a warehouse, so the floors are made of concrete and full of imperfections. We have had hundreds of dancers here though with very little issues, but we do highly suggest things like knee pads etc. to stay safe and perform choreography that does not involve hard/fast motions to the ground. SUMMER HEAT WARNING - Like most old warehouses in MA, the studio side of our warehouse where the set builds and open area are does not have AC. On days where it's 80-90 degrees it can feel muggy and hot inside. Anything above 90 degrees may be too hot for some. Our Green Room area has an AC and most rooms have fans. A hot warehouse during a New England Summer is normal but we have to give this warning to those that are more sensitive to the heat or are expecting a modern Sound Stage with AC.
