Natural mountain flowers,Seasonal terrain, vegetable gardens and Santa Monica mountain reservations rock-scapes extending off the property as far as the eye can see. Parking for multiple vehicles on the property, separate and private entrances to apartment, house and studio. Between Topanga and Malibu, with beaches, mountain hikes and valley shopping all within 10 miles.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
