Studio A features a 7' 1901 Steinway grand piano. Studio B features a 6'x5' isolation booth. Both studios are good for filming any type of content, beyond just music. Full service kitchen, outside grill & 36' flattop griddle. 2+ acres of live oak trees. Tour bus plus trailer parking available & the interior space can sleep up to seven artists and/or crew.

All public spaces are reviewed prior to any on-site arrivals, including shared restroom facilities, doors and door handles, stair railings, all furniture and any other seating.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
