Space Description: This is a dental office with 5 different operatory rooms with dental chairs. Some rooms with large windows, some with no windows. Modern feel, high ceilings. There's a very large outdoor patio space in front, great for setting up equipment. Location is on second floor with elevator directly in front of the unit. Ample parking in the underground structure, behind building, street, or nearby Bank open-air lot (parking at the Bank must be discussed with the Bank). Available Hours: Please note that this is a functioning dental office that caters to patients between the hours of 9am - 6pm every Monday through Friday. For our regular rate, weekday evenings after 6:30pm are available, as well as, all day Saturdays, Sundays, and some Mondays. Monday: 6:30p - midnight (some Mondays are available all day) Tuesday: 6:30p - midnight Wednesday: 6:30p - midnight Thursday: 6:30p - midnight Friday: 6:30p - midnight Saturday: All Day Sunday: All Day Midnight end time on weekday evenings is negotiable. If trying to book for weekdays between 9am - 6pm when patients are normally present, we would need advanced notice (30+ days) and there is a premium cost of $10,000 per day for the space in order to reserve it for shooting. Please inquire directly if trying to book during those days. Talent: The actual dentist (non-union), has on-camera experience and may be hired for filming - rate will depend on scale of production.
