Dance studio / video production studio hybrid in North Hollywood. Home of many viral dance videos. Conveniently located in North Hollywood near Ralphs. 2 parking lots with 12 spots total Studio A (main studio): 3500 square foot studio with 3000 square ft sprung dance floor; 65 ft of mirrors on one wall. Studio B (white wall studio): 1600 square foot stage with white walls, can be used for video village or as it's own shoot. Request as an add-on. 2 bathrooms (ADA) Air conditioning in all rooms Lighting pictured is included in the rental. Additionally, we have 4 moving head beam/spot lights and a moving head spotlight which can be controlled via a DMX board. Please inquire about lighting for more details.

Health and Safety Measures
We keep our space clean and wipe down all common surfaces between each rental. Our owner is a bit of a germaphobe, and we clean accordingly!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
