    Our compound sits on 15 acres in the heart of the Mojave Desert near Joshua Tree, CA. It's the perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature or to let your creativity flow. It features several buildings, such as: A glamtastic, rock'n'roll 2 bedroom house. It offers two bedrooms each appointed with queen size beds, a full futon and a chaise which can both convert to beds, and a vintage record console and record collection. -A Chinoiserie Studio -The Use Your Illusion Trailer -A perfect "trailer park" trailer -A motel room -Hammock villages -Hillbilly "hottub" -Hot tub -Steam room -Infrared sauna -Stargazing pads Mojave Beach is around the corner from the Integratron and Giant Rock, 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and Pappy and Harriets, 10 minutes from antique shopping in Old Town Yucca Valley and a 40 minute drive to Palm Springs. Yet, it is far enough away from the "action" to enjoy the peace, tranquility and the magic of the desert.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
