About the Space

We are a professional co-working facility with a spacious community and event area for various networking opportunities. Anniversary parties, business events and gatherings are welcome. We have a large cafe area for your catering staff to function and serve. We are providing the space, not hosting the event, so please plan accordingly. Space Details: • Standing Capacity = 75 • Kitchen + Bar Area • Lounge Area • 2 Restrooms | 3 Stalls each • Outside & Food Beverage Allowed | Provided Licensed Caterer • Projector + Screen • Mics • Speaker System • Public Transit • Paid Parking Garage We are happy to provide coffee, tea and water to your guests; however additional food and beverages will be the hosts' responsibility. Our unique location in West Palm Beach - CityPlace is close to restaurants, shopping and plenty of activities. We are just over the bridge from the world-famous Palm Beach, less than 10 minutes away from Palm Beach International Airport and Interstate 95. We have free guest WiFi, an A/V system and a clean, sophisticated atmosphere that can accommodate approximately 75 guests.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
