We're looking for those who want a longer term place teach your students. This is a 3500 square foot film studio with all of the amenities and more to teach your creative classes. It can fit up to 36 student comfortably and has black stage curtain backdrops, a 16x9 foot movie screen and 2 live cameras. Kitchen, green room and Production Office (upon request) (This listing is NOT for the use of green screen studio. Please look up Genetic Code Pictures on this site for that)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
