This visual art and wellness center will lend a creative edge for growth and full mind-body connections, conveniently located in South Dallas. Enjoy a private, sun-soaked atmosphere from our two-story building that is designed as a versatile art gallery and recently renovated with premium paint finishes providing a modern and timeless atmosphere. With a sprawling 1,000 sq. ft, space offers a scenic and transcendental ambiance that can be utilized in a variety of ways to best suit the client's needs. 21 steps upstairs bring you to the second floor, where there are three rooms and a bathroom. The parking lot on the side of the building, accessible from the main floor, is gated and can be used as part of the event space. It is the perfect place for: Private Studio Workshops Presentations Off-site Meetings Artist salons Video filming Photoshoots Interviews & Other Productions -- Accommodations We can seat 25 guests and arrange tables to create plenty of room to present and break out into smaller groups. We are an eclectic, versatile space operating as an off-site meeting space. Our projector works well in daylight, and we have a sound system that you can plug right into with a 3.5mm jack. For on-the-spot brainstorming, we have whiteboards and sticky notes. We also have a projector screen, 3 working projectors, a printer, Apple TV, a 30" Samsung TV for additional screen needs, pedestals for product representing. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
