About the Space

This unique and versatile dual-floor venue beautifully integrates the warmth of a vintage loft with the sleekness of a modern gallery - an idyllic canvas for your upcoming gathering. Packed full with character, each floor can independently accommodate up to 50 guests or be combined for a larger assembly of up to 100 guests. Our seating facilities comfortably serve 65 attendees, complete with 20 tables and an abundance of quaint lounge furniture. Two restrooms are conveniently available onsite ensuring comfort for your guests. Venue Features: - An enchanting space with vintage furniture and rustic charm. - Unique bi-level system offers flexibility in renting. - Bring-your-own DJ policy gives you freedom for personal music tastes. - Convenient proximity to local transportation and street parking. - A spacious outdoor space brings a breath of fresh air to your gathering. Having the liberty to cater your own food allows guests to truly personalize their event, we also offer a catering/preparation area should it be required. Whilst you're also more than welcome to self-cater, we also have an in-house catering service to provide a hassle-free experience. Alcohol is permitted within the venue with a BYO alcohol policy, adding ease to your event planning. We can rent you out 1 floor which can hold up to 40 people for $145 per hour with $90 flat one time fee cleaning fee. Or we can rent you out both floors which can hold up to 75 people for $245 an hour with $160 flat one time cleaning fee. Event Policies: - Our thoughtful noise policy requires music to be lowered at 12 AM for respect to our neighbors. - Please consider that your setup and breakdown must be within the rental time parameters. - Parties are welcome to extend till a generous 12:30 AM. - Decorating is encouraged within minor guidelines to maintain the venue's vintage charm (e.g. no confetti). Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
