We are great for filmed interviews, promo videos, product videos, photoshoots, and commercials! We have great open and FREE parking that is easily accessed. There are several restaurants, bars, and even a brewery within 50 yards of our front door. Our look is bright, cheerful, and professional. Clean-Up -Return the space the way you found it -Take all trash to the dumpster and replace it with new trash bags -Whip down all tables, chairs, and counters (including outside tables and benches) -Sweep the floors -Mop any spills or sticky areas We provide trash bags and cleaning supplies. We expect the space to be returned in the same condition as you received it.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
