Close to the square in downtown San Marcos, this flexible 2400 sqft. outdoor area fits up to 160 people for any kind of event. Used as a private parking area for the connected coworking space during business hours, this space easily transforms into a paved urban area for evening and weekend events. Centrally located in the city, it is perfect for private parties, promotional events, and live music concerts. The space has a small picnic area, electrical hookups, and enough room for 1-2 food trucks. We also include access to our two bathrooms, high speed internet, and our functional kitchen with full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Assistance with event set up and tear down can be provided, if needed. Our indoor 800 sqft. flex space can be rented out for an additional hourly fee. If renting the space for 5 hours or more, the fee becomes a flat rate of $600.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
