The outdoor space has a very large grass area, lush with foliage. There separate outdoor dining area with pergola and string lights. Beautifully appointed kids rooms, with natural light set the perfect stage for a variety of scenes. Outside there is a tree house with slide, swing set and trampoline (everything but the tree house can be moved). The space is easy to access, it is near grocery stores, restaurants as well as the 101 freeway. In addition to the backyard dining table we also have a folding table, with ten chairs & tablecloth is also available for use. You are welcome to bring in additional seating. There is ample street parking, as well as a long driveway where 2-3 cars can park. We are NOT located in West Hollywood, our zip is considered Los Angeles. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
