Multi-room Wedding Reception Space in North Center neighborhood

We have a very large 10,000 sq ft space which consist 6 rooms. 4 rooms are about 800 sq ft which could be used for wedding party rooms, gift or food rooms or a lounge with bar. Then a loft style room of 1500 sq ft with exposed brick wall which would be great for a ceremony and our main ballroom which is 3000 sq ft. This room can easily seat about 125 people will room still for a bar and dance area. On weekends we are flexible with number of hours rented if you're using it after 3pm. Anything before 3pm is a minimum rental of $3000 to shut down our regular business. We offer the space only. We do include tables and chairs for up to 125 people (we do not have linens) As well we will include professional audio and lighting equipment ready for a dj to plug into and event lighting. You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. We do not have any restrictions on catering services. This price does not include any services only what is listed above. You will need to hire your own crew to set up, clean up, bussing tables, taking out trash, bar staff, catering and anything else. This is the space only. We do have some vendors we work with we can suggest. We do have a few in house DJs we can provide for $500 as well since we also operate as a photography studio we can offer in house photographers starting at $1000. The space is very easy to get to with the brown line being just a couple blocks away. Parking is very easy in the neighborhood as well. There is a restaurant right below us that has direct access to the space which can be used or you can use any service you like.
