Great for still tight shots, photoshoot & video. Front yard is eclectic with different areas such as an outdoor bar located under a large tree on a wood deck. Outside couch a large round wood table with non matching chairs, christmas lights surround the yard, 2 large carpets lying on the dirt. The space is the front yard with a surrounding fence on 2 sides & ivy wall on the front side facing the street. Located in a neighborhood. A large size white chinese lantern hangs high from the tree, chandalier, lamps hanging from the trees, large white lighted star on the front of the house. The house is a craftsman 1920's - there are 2 large panels from India on either side of the front door. Outside there is enough room for 25 people can sit comfortably. 6 people can sit inside the outside tent.
