Great flexible open space that can hold 15-25 people. Seating is set up for 20 but an additional 8-10 seats could be added to the front row. Great for rehearsals, casting, meetings, parties, classes, and photography. The "stage" or open space is 13ft wide x9ft deep, right on Melrose near restaurants, shops, and bars. AV equipment is included in rental but must be reserved prior to booking. Has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee separate from the room as well as 3 bathrooms for guests.

CLEANING: My professional cleaning crew will be cleaning the entire building every week. They will be using Clorox spray along with another spray that is EPA approved on all seats, counter tops, bathroom surfaces and other high touch point areas. In each bathroom there will be: A) a basket with wipes that are 70% or more alcohol based for you to wipe down and help disinfect the high touch surfaces and shared amenities after your use. B) hand sanitizer bottles for you to use as well. C) Upon availability there will also be Lysol spray to use on the door handles and toilet handles if you prefer that over the wipes. D) Hand soap dispensers (as we did prior to Covid) to wash your hands with warm, soapy water. ***PLEASE be respectful with these items as they are very costly and hard to come by*** There is a touch-free hand sanitizer dispenser on the hallway wall by the kitchenette for everyone to use prior to entering your studios. Additionally, I have a container of hand sanitizer in every studio plus the kitchenette SIGNAGE: Floor decals will be in the hallway reading “WAIT HERE” in front of the 3 bathrooms to ensure proper distance when waiting if the bathroom is occupied. On the walls in the hallway are signs for keeping six feet distancing. On the front glass door will be a sign about wearing a mask upon entering the building ** You can take off the mask once you are inside the actual studio**
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
