The mansion was built in the 1920s by the mayor of Los Angeles, and it is listed in the L.A. registry of historical monuments. The architecture is a mirror image of the known Marks Residence in New England. Perfect for filming and events up to 30 guests. The interior can be configured as a whole continuous space thanks to sliding doors that connect each of the rooms to one another. The house includes two bedrooms, two living rooms, a small bathroom, foyer, dining room, kitchen, and a pantry (convenient for make-up and crew space). A vintage upright piano is available upon request: quiet hours are typically from 10PM-10AM. The house comes with an ample wrap-around porch and garden.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
