Our pad is like no other with our amazing inventory displayed in a 75-year-old warehouse as your backdrop, or our white studio space with natural light and access to an abundance of amazing props. Whether you need stylish lounge groupings or hip classroom seating, a unique conference/meeting setup or an instagram-worthy workshop setup, we've got you covered! Totaling 1500 square feet of transformable space located in the heart of Milwaukee within walking distance from downtown, the Historic Third Ward, the train and bus station, and streetcar stop, and just a 15-minute drive from General Mitchell International Airport. We can accommodate up to 45 seated guests with ample options of seating and decor. ACCESS & AMENITIES: Street parking, two bathrooms, breakroom ((with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, & electric kettle & must be reserved as an add-on in advance at checkout), and a large kitchen (for pre-made meal prep and must be reserved as an add-on in advance at checkout) are available. This venue is ambient temperature most months and temperature-controlled in cold months. Garage doors can remain open during daytime hours with non-inclement weather. Floor fans are available upon request. PRICING: 119./hour during business hours (M-Th 9a-5p). 169./hour during weekend hours (F-Su 9a-5p). 239./hour outside of business & weekend hours. Price includes up to 15 guests and use of space, one onsite rep to answer any questions you may have, cleaning fee, and use of accessible* rental items for studio rental.
