Great for photoshoots by the pool with the widest bay view in town. Ideal for fashion and swimwear. Due to the fantastic weather, shoot your summer fashion collection in the winter/spring. Great for music video's. Next door to the Miami Vice pink house. Only for external shoots. We'd love to your host your next film / photo shoot!

We are only renting the outdoor space. However the whole area is washed down between events utilizing disinfectant and soaps.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
