We have 11 acres with a variety of settings for every type of filming situation including an indoor barn, outdoor corrals, riding arenas, ranch style house, hillsides, and an old pump house building, horses and dogs ( We have a senior dog sanctuary). The house is 1600 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have ample parking on site; in fact, we have been used just as a parking lot for over 50 cars and trailers. We have horses and riders available for filming as well. Prices start at $100/hour for small shoots. Prices vary depending on what portions of the property are needed as well as use of horses.
