1000 sq/ft w/ big 20’ x 30’ window for plenty of natural light. Studio is painted white to enhance the natural light in this space. 2 shooting bays w/ lounge & portable changing area. Wifi equipped with other props, light stands and backdrops as well. It is recommended that you bring your own studio lights. The studio is inside of The Russell Industrial Center. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Studio is cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant before session. Please call me (313.312.5068) when your session has concluded so I can instruct you on how to clean up the studio, return backdrops, props and stools to their original places and give instructions on how to lock the space up correctly. FaceTime may be required. The $100 security deposit that was received during the booking process will be returned after lockup directions have been followed and executed completely and visual confirmation has been assessed. If the lockup directions are not followed completely, the entire $100 security deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
