We are available for events M-F 4PM-10PM, and after 12 noon on Weekends.
We strongly suggest that social events tour the venue before submitting a booking request to ensure that the location meets your needs. You will also need to confirm availability with Event Coordinator Gabrielle Gross at 650-329-1356 ext 202 prior to booking.
Weekend rentals include the entire heritage garden, the Carriage House & patio, and the Tea House & patio.
The Carriage House is a historic building located on the grounds of a 2 1/2 acre garden and estate near downtown Palo Alto. This room can accommodate 25-50 guests, depending on the desired room setup.
RATES
April-October: $320/hour, 6-hour minimum
November-March: $275/hour, 6-hour minimum
You'll need to include the time needed for set-up and clean-up in your booking. This is typically 2 hours for a catered event.
We require event liability insurance naming Gamble Garden and The City of Palo Alto as additionally insured. This can typically be purchased for under $100 from https://www.theeventhelper.com/#zBFxr5
Optional fees: $100 for our full inventory of tables, $100 for black plastic chairs, $10/Chiavari chair
