Located in North Orange County, we offer our 1955 Mid-Century Modern home for photo shoots and film rentals. The home owner purchased the house from the original owner (who had the home commissioned by the famous LA-based Armet and Davis firm - known for their commercial "Googie" style) and it's in mint 1955 mid-century modern condition (original tiles on kitchen bar and in bathrooms, giant copper fireplace, restored original kitchen cabinets, mid-century furnishings, etc). All "updates" made to the home have been in keeping with the original style. Has beautiful natural light for photography with full floor to ceiling glass walls and skylights. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all one shared open-concept space with beautiful post/beam architecture and look out to a beautiful grass yard, original outdoor patio furniture and mature privacy landscaping. Driveway and street parking available. Potential for bedrooms and bathrooms to be used for photography/film and 'studio' space on property to be used for storage/workspace. These additional spaces must be requested in advance. Film crews must provide proof of insurance, and if necessary, permits from the City of Fullerton.
