We offer table and chair arrangements that can seat up to 125 guests indoors and 20 outdoors. We understand vendors play an essential role in any special event or meeting. We welcome your favorite vendors and make it as easy as possible for them to do what they do best! - Food Prep: Audrey Hepburn Hall features a non-certified kitchen for preparing and serving, refrigeration for appetizers or desserts, and a freezer for storing extra ice. Beverage Cooler Cart available - bring your own ice and drinks! - Free Coffee Bar: Includes Coffee, Cream, Sugar, Stir sticks, Cups - Furniture Set Up: We provide the set up of our available tables and chairs at no additional cost. We offer a variety of layouts that you can choose from! Custom Set-ups and furniture removal have additional fees. - Audio/Visual: A TV, podium, and mic/speaker set are available per request at no additional cost. - Music: We have a Sonos speaker system for background music. Log in to your own Spotify account if you have a playlist prepared. You are welcome to have a DJ or a live band! - Cleaning service: Our staff will gladly handle the clean-up at the end of your gathering! We kindly ask that you remember to take your personal items with you, so we don’t mistakenly dispose of them. The cleaning fee is up to $200. - Parking: We provide free parking in our lot & street. Spots available are on a first come, first- served basis. Food and Alcohol Policies: Our venue understands the importance of great food at an event. Hence we allow outside food and also provide a fully equipped kitchen for on-site cooking. As for beverages, we do offer a lenient alcohol policy, allowing the serving of beer and wine. Spirits must be approved by the venue and served by a certified bartender. It is prohibited to serve minors alcoholic beverages. Time booked: Includes decor + vendor set up time and load out time.
