We do not double book like many other multiple set locations, this means you and your team will be the only one with access to the location during your booking. The space has a large kitchen. 20ft ceilings. Spiral staircase leads up to main loft. Multiple skylights. The space can comfortably accommodate about 40 people but has been known to accommodate more. If you see something specific in the photographs that you want for a shoot, please be sure to ask about it so that I have it ready for you. ABSOLUTELY NO FILMING OUTSIDE, UNLESS DISCUSSED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Please allow one week notice for bookings over 20 people. I have had several people make an inquiry and never check back and their time slot was never booked. ***NOTE this location is not sound proof, and therefore not ideal for productions that require absolute perfect silence. Even still there has been many successful shoots where audio has been recorded such as sit-down interviews and even acapella recording. Silence can be arrange within the studio if required, but it is inevitable that there may be sounds coming from outside, such as a truck passing by on occasion. This should be considered when inquiring. ***NOTE this location is a large warehouse setting without central air conditioning and does get a little chilly in the winter months. Small heater will be used to help, and the private enclosed dressing room will be heated.
