Great location for small gatherings, business meetings, presentations , friends get together. Up to 20 guests.Please ask me if you have a different number and we can try to accommodate. Cozy outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi. Garage and gated. Very easy to get to, entire house can be used . House has an open kitchen. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
