Modern bar and lounge located steps away from Kings Theatre. There is a 6 hour booking minimum. Events must end by 2am. The rate includes the following: Setup, event and breakdown Choice of 3 tables (48” Round tables or 6 ft long tables) or Highboy tables Clear chiavari or black folding chairs Host Bartender Security Use of outdoor area This space is great for baby showers, birthday parties, game nights, private dinners, fashion shows, etc. ***PLEASE READ***** Bookings on major holidays and holiday weekends (New Year’s Eve and Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, etc) are booked at holiday rates. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
