About the Space
Our theater is located in the historic Marathon Village (formerly Marathon Motor Works) in downtown Nashville (1.3 miles from city center), just blocks from the Broadway strip and along I-40. The theater comfortably seats up to 99 people and our separate full bar holds 49 people. There is also a green room available. We've left the exposed heavy timber, 13-foot ceilings and concrete floors which create a perfect rustic, industrial feel. Please note: this rate does not apply to evening rentals on weekends.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
