This spacious facility is located in Beverly and is perfect for small intimate gatherings, family meetings, holiday parties, corporate meetings, office parties, seminars, training classes, and children's parties. Equipped with Free Wi-Fi, smart televisions, chairs, and tables. Open space for PowerPoint presentations and all-day symposiums. Long term bookings available for events such as: weekly educational classes, after school programs, weekly leadership classes, etc. No smoking, alcohol, profanity or music with profane language is allowed in the facility. No bouncy houses allowed in the facility. We allow an extra hour to each rental (30 minutes for setup & 30 minutes for breakdown) at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
