About the Space
1,000 Square foot garage with 12 person table. There is a bar area and a bathroom. There are several ways to utilize the space for any event, photo shoot, activity or meeting. There are also four 6 foot tables and 30 folding chairs.. It’s a great versatile space. There is also a 1000 square foot outdoor area which is great addition when it’s warm weather. The side yard and tents are an additional cost in the add-on section. All extra time will be charged 1.5x rate.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
