About the Space
The Detective's Office was designed by Chicago artists to mimic a lounge/office from the 1930s. Utilize this stylized space for your next film, music video, or photoshoot for a film noir edge! Located in Wicker Park, this unique space has a neighborhood to match. The Detective's Office is within walking distance of Wicker Park's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Damen and Division Blue Line trains. The Detective's Office is available 7 days a week. Two hour booking minimum, $85/hr. VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID TESTS RESULTS AND MASK REQUIREMENTS: As of January 3rd, Chicago will be issuing a vaccination mandate. Our space will be following this mandate. All guests must show PROOF OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID TEST RESULTS upon entry — either your physical vaccination card or a photo of it with an accompanying ID. We will accept medical and/or religious exemption for renters or members of their crew, but this MUST BE COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. For the safety of public health, renters are REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE MASKS at all times, with the sole exception of talent while on camera. By renting our facility, guests acknowledge that they are using a public space at their own risk, and take full responsibility for their personal health. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
