Grandma's House was designed by Chicago artists to mimic a Midwestern grandmother's house. It offers a full kitchen (non-functional), dining area, and spacious family room. Located in Wicker Park, this unique space has a neighborhood to match. Grandma's house is within walking distance of Wicker Park's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Damen and Division Blue Line trains. Grandma's House is available weekdays. Weekend bookings are available on special request. 2 hour minimum. $125/hr. By renting our facility, guests acknowledge that they are using a public space at their own risk, and take full responsibility for their personal health. Please know that we require all guests to wear masks while on site, with the sole exception of talent while on camera. We also ask that each guest provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test upon arrival. We can accept at home tests. Neither Escape Artistry, nor any staff members, will be held personally liable for outcomes regarding the health of our visitors. If you, or any member on your team, are showing symptoms of COVID, please get in contact with us. We will try our best to work with you and rearrange your booking. If your team requires masks, you can purchase them on site at $10 each. These reusable fabric face masks are made by our friends at Artists' Resource Mobilization. Please feel free to reach out if there are any additional measures that you or your team require.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
