Our home shared by two people and our dog. We keep it clean, but expect that film/photo productions will hire a professional cleaning crew, and/or pay a cleaning fee for us to hire a crew.\ There is quite a bit of outdoor space (front yard, large back yard, long driveway) where your crew can be comfortable. Additionally there are a lot of windows that can open and provide fresh air. Thanks.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
