About Cypress Sea Cove
Multiacre photo/film/event location in Malibu overlooking a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Private beach area with private beach access to Watkins Cove, one of the most secluded beaches in Malibu. Victorian mansion/estate with meticulously maintained gardens. The beach area has been used for Mexico/Hawaii/Caribbean scenes. Film: Several areas for green rooms/hair/makeup/wardrobe. We have a gator on-site that can be rented. We have one of the few private roads on the oceanside of PCH which is great for trucks/transpo. Cancellation policy: 50% refund after booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
