Our pricing includes free front-door parking, unloading right at the front door for easy equipment transportation, high-speed WiFi, and access to our comfortable green room, among other amenities. We understand that your production day is important, which is why we're dedicated to making it a "show up and shoot" experience. With everything you need available on-site, you can focus on creating stunning content without any added stress or hassle. Smoke machines are allowed Disclaimer: Any Rental over 8 hours will be billed $245 per hour over the 8-hour mark. So if the rental is 11 hours, then 8 hours will be billed at $195 per hour and the remaining 3 hours will be billed at $245 per hour.
