About the Space
Studio is approximately 400 sq ft. It includes a professionally created white seamless backdrop, a small seating area, and a hair and makeup section with lighting and mirror. This is ideal for commercial photographers that do not have a studio and need a daily or short term rental for projects. The shooting space is pure white, and has a high ceiling. This studio is set up to create beautiful results. Backdrops are available for an extra fee. The place is not large enough for dancing/video projects, so please keep that in mind. The studio is located inside a large industrial building in central Connecticut. There is a restroom in the hallway, a cafe on the same floor open till 2:00pm Monday thru Friday, and ample parking. The studio is located one minute from the highway. Freshly painted backdrop. 4 Paul Buff Strobes are available. Large parking lot and easy access with the elevators. Renter is responsible for any damage incurred, or missing items, during the rental period.

We are cleaning after every shoot and only allowing 3 people in at this time. Very suitable for portraits at this time only.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
