About the Space

Beautiful and spacious townhouse with high ceilings and large windows that can be used for small to mid-sized production events and photo shoots. The space has minimal furniture that can be moved around and additional amenities for rent, (see add-on listings). Includes a bathroom. {(this is an add on for an additional fee) PLEASE NOTE: Safety and your health is a priority. We have increased our cleaning fee slightly so that we can provide an added layer of cleaning to our already cleaning procedure. - We have a company come in to provide disinfection to all common and high touch areas with hospital grade cleansers. - We have a cleaning station outside of the bathroom. - We use a virus cleaning air filter that we clean after every event and change every 60 days.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space has minimal furniture to allow for my standing space for a small team. There is also the use for an additional fee of a separate room if there is a need to space out guest/team.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
