Our Business Center is a full-service boutique office center at the intersection of I-540 and US-70 in the Brier Creek/RTP/RDU airport area of Raleigh/Durham.We are a modern, locally owned, and owner-managed center that takes great pride in providing custom office solutions and a superior customer service experience for our clients. Our space is to be used for: Photo/Film Shoots Product Photo Shoots Documentaries Web Series Shoots *Inquire about specific use case. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
